A flow encouraging an easeful transition into standing balancing postures. Practice Vrksasana (Tree posture), Virabhrasana III (warrior III), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Posture) dynamically, where the balance comes from the pelvis and the abdominal centre. Some hip opening postures are practiced to lead into Tittibhasana (Firefly posture). Pay attention to the integrity of the body especially if you have sacroiliac problems, some of the asymmetric postures might not be suitable.
