Pre-class warm-up

Tashi has been asked by many of her students what she recommends they do before the start of a yoga class, so she shares with the EkhartYoga family what she does to prepare for a session. Includes a grounding and awakening play with Kriyas (Kapalabhati breathing and Uddiyana Kriya) followed by some quick stretches for the hips, quads, triceps and shoulders. You'll need a couple of blocks for this class.
