Join me on this fun journey and discover how lovely it can be to be upside down - without the pressure of having to perform the full headstand. This class is suitable for all but please listen to your body and take the modifications that feel right for you. We build strength from the earth up, looking at Bandhas and opening the back of the body, and complete the practice with calm sitting and Pranayama and a lovely relaxation.
