More than Sun Salutations

A winter warmer yoga class to awaken to your inner sun. Though physically we practice聽Sun Salutations, there is energetically so much more to get from this practice. Breath of Fire and Surya Bhedana (Sun Piercing Breath) are practiced here; please note these are not recommended if you suffer from high blood pressure (in this case you can still join me but just visualise the breath). Balancing the HA (Sun energy) with THA (Moon Energy) is the ultimate goal of HATHA Yoga.
