Movement + pranayama + meditation

5 minutes of movement, 5 minutes of pranayama and 5 minutes of meditation.  A quick class to give a little of everything when you're short on time.  An easy movement sequence leads right into a guided Ujjayi breath, adding a pause.  We finish with a guided Somatic meditation.  Have any cushions or props you need for sitting comfortably and know that you can fit all this in a short time for those days when you feel you don't have any!
