Surrender to your true movement

Comfortable and easy rotations to embody full body movements - you will feel centered, refreshed and wonderfully alive after this short practice. As per all Somatic work, it would be good to keep it up for a few days to notice a real difference in your state of being. One of my favourite聽'go-to' practices when I feel a bit 'stuck' in my practice and in need of mobility in my upper back.
