Body as a wave

This is an experimental flow which explores simple movement postures to embody ‘Ullola,’ meaning 'wave' in Pali (an ancient language used in some Buddhist texts.) We move and then pause to simply experience the effects. The spine and joints may well thank you for this practice and, if nothing else, you'll get in touch with your inner dancer! The class begins and ends with the Om mantra. Enjoy the flow.
