Spine in extension - back bending and glutes

A floor-based class diving deeply into backbends with the emphasis on strengthening the gluteal area. We will learn how to reconnect with our coordination of this deep musculature, and how it is connected to other muscular chains such as the hamstrings, fronts of the thighs, and the abdominals. Lots of repetitive movements to encourage back strength and support. You will also be introduced to a camel pose using the wall as a guide.
