Mandala flow

Another great flow class from Julie, using lots of strengtheners and changes of direction. On each round we end up back where we started with a new sensation. The first round is slow and investigative but as we add layers and repeat, it turns into a lovely, continuous flow that can be done again and again.  Strength work throughout, minus exhaustion.
