This is a practice that I practice myself a lot. It is a combination of techniques that will get your energy moving, flush stagnant energy and help you feel whole body integration. As mentioned in the video, people who are sensitive, will feel this most. It is therefore also a great tool for people who are HSP. And feel that their surroundings influence their energy field too much. If you don't have that level of sensitivity, this practice will still do a great deal for you. I recommend that you do this as your morning practice or incorporate it into your morning practice.
