Bend that back

This is a dynamic flow class focusing on backbends. We start with slow movements to wake up the energy in the spine and warm up the muscles, and then we spice it up a little. This a great practice to prepare the body for the classic backbends: Ustrasana (Camel pose), Dhanurasana (Bow pose), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge) and Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel pose).
