Love your glutes sequence

This simple sequence will help you understand the important role that our gluteal area has to play in full embodied movement in yoga. The exercises are simple examples to show how strengthening the glutes is important for maintaining balance and overall strength. We also look at how they can be incorporated into all movement without contraction and tension. This leads to an organic transition from standing backbend to forward bend with a spine that is fluid and a body that is grounded.
