Reboot your system

Tashi loves sharing tips for a quick reboot during the day. There are so many ways we can restore ourselves to enjoy a stress-free, calm state and these exercises are some of Tashi鈥檚 favourites. Do this practice on an empty stomach but perhaps not straight before bed. Tashi shares Kapalabhati breathing, shaking, Sun salutations, stimulating movements and stretches, then some body rocking to rest.
