Yoga flow with balance

A different way to explore transitions between postures: join us for some 'asymmetrical' jumps! This way of transitioning between postures is not suitable if you have any lower back or knee injuries, but you can still move through the practice by simply stepping between the poses. We continue the practice with seated postures and a passive twist. You will need a block - or a thick book (the thicker the better) - for the balancing part, a chair and a blanket or two for the final relaxation where we enjoy a passive inversion.
