This class is designed for the end of the day. We move the spine in different directions, mostly twisting and side bending, to slow down the energy in the body - or from a more yogic perspective, to bring Shakti/Kundalini back to the place where she rests in the pelvic floor. It's a slow and easy to follow practice. We start on the floor, move up to standing then return to the floor again to rest. A perfect class to do before you go to bed.
