Practice play: Bakasana

This session offers a whole range of ways to approach Bakasana (Crow pose). You will be guided into all kinds of exercises to develop the strength and awareness to find your Bakasana with props, or jump into and out of Bakasana in a flow. Be mindful of your wrists and make sure to release them as much as you need to. Only go as far as you feel you are able and practice with your studio teacher if in doubt.
