Pick me up for your legs and hips

This is a fun and playful class, suitable for any time of the day. We practice a standing flow sequence with variations of lunges and Warriors, transitioning into other standing poses. We also revisit a continuing theme - transitioning between seated and standing, without bracing through our hands, wrists and arms. Please always listen to your body's limits. I give plenty of modifications so everyone can join in. Get ready for a enjoyable workout for your legs!
