Ready for anything flow

This session is one of Tashi's favourites - a safe and effective all over body reset, inspired by the CARs method (Controlled Articular Rotations). Tashi has adapted this method, which she uses every day before her yoga asana practice. This series of movements is helpful to get you ready for anything! It's a fun and playful session which will support safe and co-ordinated practice and movements in daily life.
