We experiment with new takes on some familiar asanas, such as one-legged Crane and the aforementioned forearm balance, Pincha Mayurasana. One of the peak poses is often referred to as 'Funky Pincha' - a hybrid of Pincha Mayurasana and Tripod Headstand. Get ready to challenge your balance and stability!
