Being mindful not to go too far at home, this sequence sets you up with strengthening and stretching exercises that you can explore in your home or studio practice. You'll open up the chest in various ways, strengthen the arms and use props to get yourself ready to do the full posture. Only do the full posture with a wall or a support person if you are not able to stay up without falling. Be safe and have fun! Props needed: a belt, block and a blanket.
