Lower-back-loving, morning yoga

If you are like me and your lower back is not exactly happy first thing in the morning, let's explore this gentle preparation into sitting. Starting with some mild extensions to maintain the natural elongation of the spine, moving to sit with the back against the wall and a meditation journeying through some of the energy centers. Finally, we come back to standing to experience freedom and balance. You will need a blanket, a cushion and a block.
