You don't need to follow her instructions or even do what Tashi suggests, just follow your feeling as you move. This way, the practice can become more of a self- inquiry and you can learn to develop your own sense of what your body needs and wants. Tashi will suggest different ways to observe your sensations but you may just prefer to let her accompany you as you explore a free-flowing, self-practice.
