Functional variations on Sun Salutation B

Surya Namsakara or Sun Salutation B is a very traditional movement cycle in all styles of yoga. In this tutorial you'll learn the different variations that you can add to your 'classic' Sun Salutation. We start easy on the floor, using the different poses to stretch different muscle groups. The variations that follow are then used to strengthen and twist specific body parts.
