This class is perfect for those of you who have had a long hard day or week (or more!) especially if you sit or stand for long periods of time during the day. Starting off standing with a gentle warm up, we work our way down to the floor. We massage the lower back in movement and get into the hip flexors to help relieve stress in the spine. Then there are a few shoulder openers and a lovely, restorative finish. Enjoy this practice any time you need to let go of stress or pressure. You'll need 2 blocks, or a bolster if you have one, and a blanket.
