This class will take you on a Somatic journey to the centre of the body, using some interesting sequencing to touch the front and back of your spring-loaded spine, and incorporating some breath explorations. This will help you to feel movement as a whole body event, and tune into the intricate movements of the joints in the vertebrae. We will practice some transitions with a new perspective, feeling energised, relaxed and responsive to our inner and outer environment.
