This is the fifth class in Christine's 6-part series - Myofascial yoga for stress release. In this sequence you will be invited to put on your favourite music for dancing or upbeat movement and learn how to use the gentle oscillation movements from myofascial release to get your body moving actively while also staying mindful and respectful of your limits. This class will pick up your energy and get your heart rate up, while keeping the energy fun, playful and connected to your body. You will also learn how to incorporate some fun and effective balance movements into your regular yoga or movement practice.
