In Spring, those aspects of ourselves that have been dormant over the Winter months begin to awaken. Nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion – so does the energy within us. For any plant to grow well, the health of the soil is most important. And like soil, the health of our mind and body is essential. This is a Yin/Yang yoga practice with pranayama, affirmation and deep rest. We’ll create a deep intention for this new cycle of growth and expansion into the light once more.
Props (optional): bolster or cushion, 2 blocks.
