Balance is not something we find, it is something we create. In this flow, we'll explore balance on physical, mental and emotional level. We'll begin with some shaking and alternate nostril breathing before making our way slowly and mindfully into our flow, then returning to the ground for some delicious floor poses. You will walk away feeling brighter and more connected after this practice.
Props: 1 or 2 blocks and a cushion or bolster to sit on.
