Martial Arts mayhem!

Starting with a rolling flow and throwing out the mat, Julie guides you through the power of momentum to gain strength and stability.聽We start with a bit of rolling around on the floor in this class to initiate the momentum then combine our connection to core, through feet to find a full dynamic sequence. Moving through shapes instead of holding, this continuous flow is fun, challenging and full of "karate punches", windmills, peaceful cranes and kicking cranes!
