An energetic practice for when you don't have much time but still want the full experience of yoga. Beginning with a lovely flow of standing postures, moving the spine into its full range of motion. We continue with twisted sitting postures and end the practice with Nadi Shodana pranayama to calm and rejuvenate. There is also time for relaxation - no matter how short the practice, you should never skip lying on the floor for a few minutes.
