This talk and practice give an overview to breath and how if we're feeling anxious, tension can show up in a breathing pattern that leads us to yet more tension. By understanding the relationship between breathing in and out, and learning some simple techniques to change your breathing habits, you will develop some life-long insights into how to work with your breath and stay calm amidst the ups and downs of life.
