Strong and supple - long version

Using a block and belt, the physical aspect of this practice focuses on a strengthening posture - Navasana, and a chest opening pose - Urdhva Danurasana. As usual, I aim to give you choices to work at your own pace and level. Our practice can support our daily lives and activities and can help us to face whatever it is that we are meeting with a sense of peace and equanimity - whether this is in relation to our jobs, friends or family. Everyday little challenges won't go away, but perhaps you can meet them with less resistance.
