Express Yin Yang for flexibility

A fully rounded half hour to work on strong standing postures and improve your flexibility. Working towards Hanumanasana (Full Splits posture), after some mellow Yin postures to ground and restore. Not many detailed instructions are given, so I expect you have practiced yoga for a while (hence the level 1-2). You will need two bricks or blocks (or sturdy cushions) for this practice.聽
