Tashi starts us off with some slow deep hip openers and builds us into some deep and unusual twists. Once you're all warm and open you can have some fun in arm balances like Koundiyasana, Galavasana and Grasshopper. Bear in mind, these are quite challenging poses so stay safe, don't push too much; you might have to do this sequence several times over time to gain the flexibility and strength to play like this. A word of advice... you can easily fall out of these arm balances so clear some space around you, use cushions if in doubt and if you enjoy this kind of practice, seek out a teacher to show you more.
