What we learn in Yoga Nidra
In Yoga Nidra we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
Who is it for?
This practice has immense appeal for anyone who struggles to let go, and it’s also perfect for anyone who has perhaps read about deep states of meditation, or experienced it ‘by accident’ themselves, but has never been able to recreate it. Note: You have to be an EkhartYoga member to access these classes

What to expect
This program of 8 classes introduces you to different aspects of yoga nidra. The sessions are best experienced as a course but are also accessible individually, meaning that you may take a lesson theme that you are interested in outside of the sequence of classes. Each lesson includes a short introductory talk and then a complete 35-minute practice.
