Yoga Nidra is a sublime practice, gaining popularity the world over.
Enter a state of harmonious, restful being and be restored and awakened to your deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self.
What we learn in Yoga Nidra
In Yoga Nidra, we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
What to expect
This program of 8 classes introduces you to different aspects of Yoga Nidra. The sessions are best experienced as a course but are also accessible individually, meaning that you may take a lesson theme that you are interested in outside of the sequence of classes. Each lesson includes a short introductory talk and then a complete 35-minute practice.
Who is it for?
Yoga Nidra has immense appeal for anyone who struggles to let go, and it’s also perfect for anyone who has perhaps read about deep states of meditation, or experienced it ‘by accident’ themselves, but has never been able to recreate it.

What our members say
I really loved and enjoyed this program. I can even do it on commute or waiting times. So this was just perfect. Breaking down of the whole concept into easily followable modules really helped me understand better. I have a feeling this will be my life long practice. - Deepa
