What we learn in Yoga Nidra
In Yoga Nidra, we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
What to expect
This program of 8 classes introduces you to different aspects of Yoga Nidra. The sessions are best experienced as a course but are also accessible individually, meaning that you may take a lesson theme that you are interested in outside of the sequence of classes. Each lesson includes a short introductory talk and then a complete 35-minute practice.
