Welcome back to the fifth day of your 10 minutes 10 day meditation challenge! Well done for sticking with it, you are halfway through today! Most of us seem to think that the harder we work, the more we get out of it. However, this isn't always true... with relaxation it's the opposite, we need to let go. During this meditation, we practice the perfect balance between effort and relaxation.
