Do you perceive the world to be an unfriendly place? Or a place that appreciates and welcomes you? We all project our fears and insecurities on the world around us. If we feel small, we will expect others to criticise us. If we feel confident, we will experience the world more positively. In today’s meditation we will become aware of how we feel looked at by the world and the impact of that (often unconscious) assumption. Also, we will investigate what happens if we feel looked at by loving eyes instead, eyes that love our every move and encourage us to be who we are.
