Boost your strength with arm balances

Mark's first class for EkhartYoga will take you on a thrilling ride through a warm-up and some vigorous standing and seated sequences cool down, including signature strength, agility and mobility drills, alongside some of the more traditional positions like inverted 'V' & hi-inclined plane. Challenging, yes, but there's something here for everyone. Step out of your comfort zone and into a 'big picture' approach to health and fitness. (n.b.
