This class is a flowy class based on how, by creating space with our breath, we can move to a deeper state of awareness when linking it to the physical practice. It will help you to move your awareness and your focus more inwards as you practice and it's a great class to do after a long, busy day or when you are looking for a moment of silence and reflection.
