Build up your shoulder strength

If you feel that your shoulders are tight or weak, this is the class for you! Before getting down to "business" and accessing your own inner strength, you will do a few shoulder opener poses to awaken the muscles and create space at the joints. Feel free to repeat this portion of the class a few times before you move further. The next step is to learn how to support your own body weight on your shoulders in a safe manner. Repetition of this class on a daily or weekly basis will help to improve your confidence when moving into inversions or arm balances.
