Improve your asana practice with a stable core

Join Esther in this short class that focuses on poses that will stabilise your core. A warm up to get the energy flowing, including Sun Salutations, poses like Forearm plank, leg lifts, boat pose, a standing balancing pose to feel the stability you have created and finally some counter stretches to balance it all out. You will feel stable, strong and balanced afterwards. Props needed: a belt and a block.
