Sharing my personal practice - Visvamitrasana

I would like to share my personal practice with you. In this class you will see and get to practice the way I work in my own yoga practice towards a certain pose that I find particularly difficult. Plus, you’ll understand how with patience, care and lots of work and repetition, the body, mind and intellect start to open up to the possibility of growing and developing in that pose.
