The fourth limb: Pranayama

In this talk Anat introduces us to the topic, concept and practice of the fourth limb of the "Eight Limbs of Yoga" - Pranayama. Pranayama - yogic breathing techniques which clear the physical and emotional obstacles in order to direct and expand the flow of prana - or ‘life force’ - throughout our energy pathways.
