20 minute Blast Off! The 'Working In Working Out' session

Yes, I did it... some of my favourite 'cross training' exercises combined with yoga poses and a little touch of 'feel good talk'. This class is a super sequence to build upper body and abdominal strength, focus and even cardio vascular enhancement.
