This is another class where I get to share my personal practice with you. Sirsasana has always been a difficult and scary pose for me; it still is! I practiced for for more than 10 years at the wall - I didn't seem to find the strength or the right alignment to dare to move away from there. However, with lots of practice, self study and faith I am happy to show you how you can also start to come away from the wall, even if it's just for a second. Have fun!
