Some inverted poses are very energising and a great way to start your day! If you have been practicing for a while and are comfortable with handstands, you could even use them as a warm up. Allow this practice to waken up your body and mind in a playful manner. If you’re not familiar with the inversions you could replace the handstand for downward facing dog and forearm stand with dolphin pose. You can keep the feet down in headstand and do bridge pose instead of shoulder stand.
