Yamuna lower legs - shins

In this class we work the front of the lower leg - the shin bone. This bone takes a lot of impact throughout our lives as it鈥檚 so close to the surface of the skin. Trauma can stay in the bone for a long time and rolling the shin helps to release this as well as improve bone density.
