I love to talk, but I adore being silent as well. Silence helps me to connect with my self, with my heart, with nature and with other people on a deeper level. In this practice, we’ll dip into silence. This means that I’ll explain how to get in and out of each pose briefly, and hold the silence for you so you can dive deep into your self and connect with your divine spark again. Through embracing the silence, you’ll nourish yourself and end this practice feeling restored. There’ll be a number of juicy hip openers and heart openers for you to dive into, plus some Pranayama and meditation. Enjoy the silence!
