"Yoga is my life. The joy and bliss of practicing and teaching amazes me still. It’s this feeling of joy and bliss I'd love to share with you".
When Irina stepped onto the mat for the very first time years many years ago, she knew she had found her path. She fell in love with the practice and it quickly became her way of life. That's when she knew she needed to share this love for yoga with others.
She travelled the world to study with great teachers and completed several in-depth teacher trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Very grateful for and inspired by all of her teachers, Irina created a unique style of teaching that is both intense and gentle.
Her love for yoga and life is tangible in every class she teaches.
Irina leads workshops, retreats, private classes and coaching sessions in the most inspiring yoga studios throughout the Netherlands. She has also taught yoga on a mountain in Italy, in a forest in France and while traveling through Morocco or the USA. On top of that, she teaches private classes and coaching sessions through Skype.
Besides teaching 'in real life', Irina teaches online classes at EkhartYoga and writes for several yoga magazines, such as the Dutch Yoga Magazine, plus various yoga, health and food websites.
Irina has written two yogic cookbooks - both created out of love for both yoga and delicious food. The first book is called 'Kopstand in de Keuken' (Headstand in the Kitchen) and the second one is 'With a Pinch of Yoga'.
